The Team
Greenville County Composite is one of the teams in the Upstate Shredders 'umbrella'. It is a school-based MTB team within the South Carolina Interscholastic Cycling League (SCICL). SCICL is the South Carolina chapter of the national NICA MTB association. Our season generally runs July through November. We welcome athletes of all abilities as 6th graders through 12th graders.

Practices
Practices are held Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday around the Upstate. Monday and Wednesday are typically skills based practices, and Saturday is an ability-based trail ride.
